Meet Sarah

Hello my name is Sarah.

I am a hypnotherapy counsellor specialising in working with adults, parents and carers, nurses and others.

I have helped many people during my training and practice tackling a wide range of issues for example;
Self-defeating, loss bereavement, smoking, self-esteem, healthy boundaries and mild anxiety, stress management, issues with sleeping, with treatments that involve therapeutic sessions.

I am now qualified to help with inner child traumas, for those over 18 years of age.

I am deeply committed to providing support, finding out how we can tackle the issues together by learning to understand your feelings and issues, to improve your well being.

Bespoke Sessions

My approach is to use gentle muscle relaxation, using active listening which I create by using gentle words into your unconscious mind process.

I believe in healing in different and natural ways, which is tailored to meet the individual needs of every client.

By establishing a therapeutic relationship between the client and myself I aim to empower clients from negative to positive, promoting lasting growth and self love. Let Sarah help you
